Our goal is to assist individuals in overcoming obstacles that hinder their ability to improve their health, including external factors such as housing instability.
About Enhanced Family Services
Enhanced Family Services offers seven types of complimentary services designed to enhance your health and well-being. As a qualified participant, you’ll have access to a dedicated care team led by an ECM Lead Care Manager, all provided as part of your current insurance provider Medi-Cal plan. Your existing Medi-Cal benefits remain unchanged, ensuring continuity of care with your current healthcare providers.
