Driven by a passion to serve neglected and abused children, Rick has provided foster care and adoptive homes for thousands of children in the California foster care system since 1993. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and more than 31 years of Executive Leadership experience in providing quality care for children in the foster care system. Rick is the founder/CEO of Pathway Family Services and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He and his wife, Jane have three adult children (who are married) and six amazing grandchildren.

Dr. Linda Davis

Director of Foster Family Agency and Adoptions
Linda Davis, PhD in Theology and International Social Work, and holder of a master’s degree in psychology, brings a blend of expertise and strong personal values to the foster care field. Her journey began as a foster parent while working as a Consumer Safety Inspector for the FDA, where witnessing children’s struggles affirmed her belief in every child’s right to safety, compassion, and advocacy. Motivated by this experience, she dedicated her career to child welfare advancing from Intake Worker to Social Worker, Supervisor, Administrator, and ultimately CEO. Throughout her career, she has upheld integrity, empathy, and a commitment to ensuring children are supported by caring adults. With 25 years of experience, Dr. Davis now serves as Foster Family Agency Director for Pathway, strengthening supports for resource families and promoting children’s developmental and emotional well-being. Guided by Proverbs 27:17, she champions collaboration, shared wisdom, and continual improvement in serving children and families.

Tamira Lopez became a part of the Pathway team in 2015. She serves as the Director of Social Work. Tamira has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration and a Master's Degree in Public Administration. She has outstanding communication and relationship building skills and enjoys marketing and community partnership development. In addition to her many years of experience in management roles in a private foster care agency she has over 10 years of experience in Executive Leadership roles in other community-based non-profits. Tamira has a passion and commitment to see children and families thrive. She is a certified TBRI Instructor and is committed to providing excellent, caring and compassionate service to foster children and their resource families. Her ultimate goal is that children find healing and HOPE. Tamira is the proud aunt of 6 nieces and nephews.

Maria Meda joined the Pathway team in 2023 and serves as the Billing Manager. Currently completing a degree in Business Administration, she carries over 10 years of experience in healthcare finance and revenue cycle operations. She brings a strong background in process improvement, compliance, and supporting organizational excellence. As a mother, she is deeply passionate about serving children and families and understands the importance of strong systems that allow programs to focus on care and impact. She is committed to supporting her teams and contributing to organizational growth through thoughtful, data-driven decision making. Maria is married and a proud parent of four beautiful children.

Michelle Moses became a part of the Pathway team in 2012. She serves as the Central Coast California Deputy Director our Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties services. She has Master's Degrees in Marriage & Family Therapy and Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology – Human Resource Management and has more than 10 years of substantial experience in serving adults with disabilities and co-occurring mental health disorders, drug & alcohol treatment and Foster Family Agency services as an FFA Social Worker, Social Work Supervisor. Michelle is a certified TBRI Instructor and is passionate about serving foster children and resource families; she enjoys the opportunity to contribute to bringing hope and healing to children and families through the mission and vision of Pathway Family Services.

Luci Green

Luci Green became a part of the Pathway team in 2015. She serves as the Southern California Deputy Director for our Riverside & San Bernardino Counties services. She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and she has more than 15 years of rich background in Foster Family Agency services as an FFA Social Worker, Social Work Supervisor and Area Administrator. Luci is very positive, encouraging and contributes much professional knowledge and many leadership skills as a member of the Pathway leadership team.

Ashley Thompson serves as the Finance Manager for Pathway Family Services. She attended Bakersfield College and she has more than 12 years of rich background in management with a majority of her time spent working with one of Kern Counties oldest non-profit organizations helping children and families with special needs. Ashley is a professional, knowledgeable, member or the Pathway leadership team. She is married and has two children.

David Stevens

David Stevens currently serves as the Supervising Social Worker for the Emergency Shelter Program in Santa Barbara County. David has been working with children and teens for over 16 years. He has served young people as a Youth Pastor, Summer Conference Director, and Director of Religious Education for various churches, and now as a Social Worker. David is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as part of Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom from 2001-2005. David holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, a Masters Degree's in Christian Ministries from Southern California Seminary and is currently studying for his MSW from Brandman University.  David is passionate about serving foster children and resource families; he enjoys the opportunity to bringing hope and healing to children and families through the mission and vision of Pathway Family Services.

Ginger Richardson joined Pathway Family Services in 2022 as an Accounting Assistant and later advanced to Interim Finance Manager before being promoted to Finance Manager in 2023. With over 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, she is dedicated to cultivating a positive and supportive work environment. She is actively involved in her church and various philanthropic initiatives and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management.
